Hello, I am Fraz.
I am a Software Engineer at @Google. I have made this channel to help all who are ready to learn, grow, and do something big in the field of Tech. I create content through informational videos, tutorials, and podcasts that will help students and software engineers.
Meet Shrikant, who was determined and overcame numerous obstacles to achieve his dreams.
Coming from a tier 3 college with a degree in Electronics, Shrikant began his career at Accenture with a starting salary of 3.3 LPA. However, he soon found himself in what most employees consider pretty boring- a support project.
Despite the challenges he faced, Shrikant refused to give up. However, he faced yet another obstacle when he found himself on the bench for three months.
His dedication and hard work paid off when he finally landed a job as an SDE 2 at Microsoft. Shrikant's journey is an inspiration to anyone who has faced setbacks and obstacles in their career.
In this video, Shrikant shares his story and talks about the challenges he faced along the way.
So, join us as we sit down with Shrikant and hear his remarkable journey from a support project at Accenture to an SDE 2 at Microsoft.

amazing interview fraz please bring in more influentual people and keep this series goin
Wow... Really honest and inspiring interview
Always waiting for the new experience video .Really informative content.💯💯
I have worked in service based companies for 6 straight years. in the last 3 years my profile was into coding and believe me I used to work almost 10+ hours everyday because of the huge work and deadlines.. I never got a chance to work for 2 hours in a day because of huge micro management from the scrum masters. We used to write down what we have done for the day and how much time it took to complete a specific task with testing screenshots in the excel sheets so that it will be reviewed by managers by tallying it with Jira/Rally/Azure ticket board
Amazing journey it was like a short movie 🔥
Bohot help ho raha hai Bhaiya ...Great Job Fraz Bhaiya.
Amazing video, i am graduating next year and this gives me motivation. Thankyou
This video was really motivating. I'm working at a service based company for the past 3 years as a Devops Engineer and looking for a switch to a product based company for SDE roles but faced rejections and was feeling low. Listening to Shrikant really gave me hope that I too can get a job offer from a product based company if I keep preparing harder for clearing interviews.

What a man! We have our placements going on in our campus and due to recession companies are nit hiring much and on the top of all I'm from a non it branch (EEE) I have a decent set of skills but still due to my branch and rescission out if 10 companies only 2 will select us just for the coding round and even if you solve all the questions ita not guaranteed thet they will call you for interview soo these past few months were are little stressful but this video really gave me hope that if I'm true to my work success will follow 😁
Very very tq fraz bhai this video is very helpful and grouth

It's all about skills and interview cracking techniques.
Need some help! Currently having 2 years of experience in support based project with little to no coding. I've been working on Azure and cloud computing which I'm liking it a bit. My designation is developer but I really want to build my career on low code roles(devops, cloud computing etc). Is it a good career path? Where can I see myself in 10-15 years?
I am 26 years old and still stuck in wipro as project engineer and salary is only 4.5 LPA, I am not really that interested in coding but I need 20+ LPA so, please make separate video on that

Fraz, I worked with Accenture back in 2007 as a fresher in one of its back office processes and was still offered a 2.2LPA package. Back in the day I knew my friends who earned really well in tech in Accenture even as new joinees. Not sure if they're paying as low as 3.3 LPA to beginner level engineers now. If yes, then I guess they've lost it.
