China has become a nation of Tiktokers, unfortunately. You may have seen other videos of masses of young Chinese people filming their little documentaries in laughably high numbers in the same place. It's all about followers, likes and comments, and so a situation like this will bring out the phones sooner than common sense. It makes me wonder just how many people have now been killed, injured or permanently maimed - because they preferred to stand and film rather than run or take cover. Probably thousands by now. Darwinism in action, you could say.

The weather is increasingly unstable it's like a spinning plate slowing down and wobbling, pulling cold air down from the arctic, then warm air up from the tropics, over & over again… when a cold front hits a warm moist air mass, it's calamitous …tornadoes, hail, ice storms, etc. and this is happening more often because the climate is so unstable.

Weather events like this are happening, often but not always, at a lesser frequency in many other places, affecting people who've led good, bad or indifferent lives, whether or not they believe in deities. The only reason these events are as savage as they are in China is due mainly to geography and to the destruction of their national ecology. If you think it all has something to do with, perhaps, not believing in Jesus, then explain why Texas has been hit with deep snows and murderously hot summers over the past 10 years - this being one of the most fanatically Christian strongholds in the world. Texans can't string a sentence together without shoving some sort of praise to Jesus or god in there somewhere. But they took have suffered and died due to climatic extremes. If you think this is payment for how China behaves in the South China Seas or Taiwan, then why doesn't Russia get hammered in a similar fashion for doing far worse things to the Ukraine? And if your loyalties lie in the opposite direction - why hasn't the Ukraine been flattened by an extreme karmic response in the weather? Similarly, the now boringly tedious string of violent outbursts in the Middle East should be repaid with karmic weather storms almost constantly. But other than a flood in Saudi Arabia - a country that appears to be relatively stable at the moment - it is the only one that's suffering in recent times. Karma simply does not work. It momentarily appears to work when someone suddenly does something rash, against all advice and without care in a moment of pure stupidity or rage. Drunk drivers. Selfish, bad-tempered toddlers. Burglars usually get karma (because police are 'actively' looking for them, unless they're in Scotland of course - where investigations into 'real' crimes have been suspended for now). Karma is merely the 'hope' of punishment for some sin, past or present, because people 'believe' that every bad action deserves punishment. It does, I agree, but the Universe doesn't work that way - which is why the Universe sometimes lobs whacking great asteroids at planet Earth and wipes out 95% of species. And this is why the majority of bad deeds never go punished, whether committed by individuals, races, religious creeds, nations or empires.

My wife is Chinese and said that this comes from the system that forcefully teaches people and then it passes on from generation to generation. So you can see how it first starts with the governement and then the problem compounds itself through family, thus becoming a cultural problem. How to get rid of it once it is rooted so deep that it is basically spidered all over the society and they can't distinguish it from cultural habits anymore?

In the United States, Europe, and Australia, the disasters were even more terrible, with many people dying.
