That thing can produce faster with better programming. The crane can move faster and stay ready over the poitive form side and take a position to only drive down grab and pull it back with the pruduced piece till its free to move up.

Dude, that’s thick walled part, so cooling down is realy important to avoid deformation and damage.

Looks like the cooling lines are done well. Thinking about the cycle time, I'd probably just speed the travel time to clamp and unclamp

How come do you need to use 6500 tons injection molding machine for this small basket? I don't understand. Maybe you can help me to understand.

because the injection power is so high it will force the mold open leaving a big like splather around the plastic piece or it will just not compleatly fill the mould out. and since its a very designed plastic piece with alot off edges it will most likely not fill out those squares making the structure weak and full with holes.

I've work in the industry for 30 years on machines the same size and I would have got the robot working faster than that, it might be the case they have had to restrict the hydraulic system and turned some of the 6 hydraulic pumps off to run it without having to by a power station but it looks embarrassing. The robot could look better, it looks like something from the 1970s.🇬🇧🏴
