What I really like about Tyler playing Superman is how the writer’s write in situations where Supes has to THINK. He doesn’t rely on brute strength or his abilities in general, but each situation is a bit more complex. This is a great series. Tyler rocks.

I cannot say enough just how much i love this Superman He embodies what Superman is supposed to look physically and personality-wise Great work by all the production team

Thank God someone has illustrated how powerful Superman can become! This made my year!!!

Im not gon lie... That sound effect when his super hearing takes place sounds so awesome.

I feel like people should credit sound design a bit more, like sure everyone is like "oh amazing CGI" and what not, but the sound design of this show as a whole is nutty. It SOUNDS and FEELS heavy, each and every single bit is always so good and just beyond anything else we've gotten from almost all CW Shows. I just can't help but love it.

Great showcase of all of Superman's powers in the 2nd season of this series. The moment when Superman gets a power boost from the sun is especially impressive because this shows Superman at his most powerful in live action.

Dude I agree but just remember this, the only reason Superman is not fast on earth is because the environment is his limit. If he goes any faster, the same scenario happens if a meteor enters the atmosphere except a meteor burns out, Superman doesn't, this would cause nuclear reaction that would litterly destroy the plannet. In commics it is show that superman was able to travel from the source wall to earth an 0.3 milliseconds. There is currently no being that matched that speed, not even flash. this is more than six tillion the times of light. Superman doesn't have a speed cap. Only environment limitations

What a great shame. This AMAZING, ENTERTAINING and AWESOME series is so underrated. It doesn't deserve it in any way. I have to say it : SUPERMAN will always be the best SUPERHERO of all time. His legacy and values WILL ENDURE as long as the world exists.

Superman will always be *one* of the best superheroes of all time, he's not the only one out there.

The acting and cgi on this show is top notch way better than the big budget movies.

@@500perjmat No, his hearing is nothing like spider sense. Spiderman's sense is a cosmic ability. It comes from Madame Web who can see the futures of all the Spidermen/women and who's responsible for their powers. So spider sense is a sort of branching ability of that where it allows them to have precognition of danger. Super hearing is just that, it's super hearing. Spiderman doesn't "hear" anything more than he feels it.

why is nobody talking about the wholesome interaction he has with his son and how they are jumping together @ 23:00 ?

He looks great in the suit and I really like what he does with the character.

This makes sense because in some iterations of Supes, usually pre-crisis but sometimes post he has Psychic powers. Usually just Telepathy but on a very huge scale

Superman almost in every iteration can FTL if he is in Space, if he tries to do that on Earth he could literally destroy the Earth, that he said himself that's why he ensures not to go hypersonic in overpopulated areas or flying in low altitudes

I will always love Christopher Reeve.. my generation's Superman, but we have so many excellent actors doing amazing things.. I really like Superman returns and the solid performance of Routh. I love Dean Cain's very accessible version of Clark Kent/Superman in the 1990s, he cleans his boots on his kitchen table, falls madly in love with Lois, has a fine sense of humor. etc .. Henry Cavill's Superman which emphases his other worldliness and isolation as a scion of an ancient technologically advanced species... this one, where Superman has to balance family life with his Superman duties..a real super-feat. Even Smallville's melodramatic and more adolescent version, the convoluted Superboy of Welling is very interesting, though i wish he had actually BECOME Superman and wore the cape, at least by the time he graduated.. It's all good.

I just want to say this... when Superman enters the sun... to RECHARGE... when he comes back he will be radioactive... and his close will be radioactive... That radiation would be stored in contaminated suits... and cause the poisoning of every human he was in contact with... and likely killing anyone he's near via exposure. Pretty sad hero when you think about it like that.

Это самый нелепый кандидат на роль супермена,за последние 20 лет. В Волчонке, он смотрелся в роли альфы оборотня,но в роли супермена, нелепо. Супермен имеет рост 193 см, а этот актер явно ниже. Но спецэффекты здесь круче даже,чем в человек из стали, Зака Снайдера. На счёт спецэффектов ставлю лайк👍👍👍

I like this show a lot. The only real gripe I have is how 'gritty' Superman looks He always needs a shave and the costume is a bit on the dark side. The colors could be a little crisper without going over the top. Other than that, I have no complaints. The acting, writing, FX and sound are all good. I am looking forward to next season.

Honestly, I can’t understand how this is a CW show. The quality is night and day. The other shows, even in their prime, come across as silly soap operas in comparison. And I don’t like to give praise solely by dragging down the other shows, but the performances, SFX, sound design, it’s just insane how much better this show is lol.

This is spended shows the Man Of Tomorrow Superman as he should be shown on every level of his powers and beyond a remarkable series and great special effects a unique tale for TV. Superman and Lois and their boys. Family Superman and all this on telly. Just imagine if this were a movie, a stand-alone movie, or done in a larger format like in a graphic novel, every story linked to one larger one ending in a cliffhanger or leading to a new chapter? Superman and Supersons fighting across the world against a new deadlier enemy, an enemy who is from another reality another earth Ultraman?
