Considering who her cousin is, yes, actually, it is. Kara will not have the luxury of avoiding Clark's life indefinitely. What's more, Metropolis is a hub of super powered lunatics. The amazons are tough enough to take a beating, and won't judge her for lacking control over powers she just awakened to. She'd be in a place where she can train in relative safety, without being completely isolated, while being overseen by one of the Earth's strongest heroes. She might not appreciate it right away, but she's not so stupid or bratty that she won't see reason. If they had insisted on cutting her off from people completely, that would be a different story.

@@judaihyuga true taking her to another area is a reasonable response, but just showing how dangerous one can be is no where near the safest option one could take, in my opinion, talking to her would’ve gone way better. And the only reason they are taking this approach is because of fear. Its fine to be afraid, but if you act out only because of it, thats when problems arise. Plus Kara is being treated as if she is already an immediate threat, making her feel she is isolated anyway. One should make them feel comfortable with their abilities before training them. It allows the transition to go smoothly while giving her a chance to learn and control them.

The Amazons can handle getting rough up by accident, especially Diana and Artemis. They are in significantly less danger of being killed and have magical means of stopping her if necessary since Kryptonians have no defense against magic. Themyscira is the best place to train her without completely isolating her.

WW was so amazing in the justice league animated series. Then any project thereafter that didn’t have Bruce timm in control over it has sucked ever since. The depiction of WW as a low IQ, belligerently angry and callous woman, is one of my most hated bastardizations they’ve made.

Wonder Woman instigated the whole situation, then she acts all indignant about the outcome. This is the very definition of a Magnanimous POS.

There was a point to be made, but the execution was flawed. Get her out of the city into Sahara desert or what not, then point out that the rocks, sand, and cacti that were hit were basically the people she could have unalived. Preferably her being told that she would have to be ready while coming and then fighting her with stand ins of people. Also, Superman 100% needs to be involved in the training and seeing her growth during this period. Because he can't perceive her growing up, changing without being there beside her. Point is the means were bad the problem was needed to be answered.

I'm genuinely baffled to see how many people failed to see why WW did what she did😂😂😂 She knew this would happen. It was to prove her point that an uncontrolled and untrained Kryptonian is a serious threat/liability to the general public. Clark was not ready to give up her only blood family and hardly trained her, making her extremely dangerous. WW just demonstrated that if a villain or even a normal thug jumped on her or surprised her or tricked her, she would completely demolish her surroundings, people and property alike. By demonstrating this, she made Clark see the reason that Kara needs to be trained and he can't just baby her forever and make excuses for her.

Clark would've refused to send her away as he doesn't see the need to. In the tomorrowverse reboot Clark sent Kara to the future to train her. You know why? Because the future's infrastructures had stronger buildings that could handle her rampages that's how dangerous she is

Honestly I wouldn't blame Clark if he just went: "Sure,I see your point. But first, you're under arrest for commiting assault and destroying a statue in a public park."

Batman slightly happy: "So you finally understand the importance of having a robin..."

I swear Diana becomes a more and more unpleasant character with each passing animated movie.

Some people really have a knack of bringing gender into the most random situations that have nothing to do with gender😂😂😂 WW was a better fit to train her because supes wasn't willing to hurt her or train her properly (if he had, she would've been able to free herself from a normal rope pretty easily). He saw her as the only other kryptonian and was REALLY easy on her.

Superman was trained by normal humans to use some of his powers and the rest he figured out as he grew up, Kara on the other hand, watched her home planet blow up, then enters the wrong wormhole, and spits her out 20+ years later on a planet where she can suddenly shoot fire from her eyes, for her that was all in 2-3 weeks, Superman 20+ years.

@@turtle4493 probably, probably not. WW has never shied away from doing/speaking anything because of someone's gender. She considers untrained Kara a threat, plain and simple. WW wasn't taking Kara because she was a woman, it was because Supes was going soft on her because she was his only blood relative left. This scenario itself showed how careless Supes was regarding Kara's powers because he was just so happy to have another Kryptonian with him, he didn't give a shit about how dangerous she can be. If Kara was a guy, maybe it would've been Batman doing the *EXACT SAME THING* that WW did (and he has done so in some other comics and animated shows and movies). The point of this trap was that the superhero Kara (he or she) is a living being (man, woman or alien) who has dangerous and extremely powerful abilities, over which the living being (Mr/Ms. Kara) has no control, which can easily result in mass destruction if the living being (Mr/Ms. Kara) is ever targeted. Hope this helps to clarify what WW was trying to demonstrate (and it was NOT RELATED TO GENDER AT ALL)✌🏻

@@willyates6266 I didn't say "singled out" I said "attacked". She will absolutely be in danger of being attacked because criminals will assume she's defenseless. And whether that's due to a city wide attack or just bad luck, no bad guy will think twice about attacking her because she looks like an easy target. That's to say nothing of the any degenerates that attack her simply because she's attractive. Also, if Clark, an investigative journalist, posts a story someone doesn't like, then yes, she will be singled out by the wrong people. I hope that didn't go completely over your head.

What she was wearing is completely irrelevant to how she has 0 control over her powers. It's not as if her Supergirl costume gives her perfect, Clark-like control and precision over her powers. Control on powers aside, she doesn't even have basic battle sense as well. She could've easily used her hands to snap that ordinary rope in the blink of an eye, but she decided to use the more lethal and dangerous way out. WW's point was that if she's ever threatened or tricked or jumped, she would completely demolish her surroundings, people and property alike.

Diana really wants to have her brain melted by accident (although alike to Shazam)

The Amazons basically allow any woman on the island as long as they renounced the ways of men and if there's another female as strong as Diana then they would take it and won't accept "no" for an answer.

In all of her incarnations, I have always hated Wonder Woman. If she wasn't a woman, she would be considered a villain or maybe an anti-hero. When shit gets tough, she goes authoritarian. She brings out the worst in everyone around her. The injustice universe, the Flashpoint universe, new 52 wonderwoman, and many more versions of wonder woman where she's a divisive asshole who acts like a petulant child who abuses her powers. I couldn't trust wonderwoman to raise a child, much less my planet, destroying little cousin.

I've always hated the Amazons. Not just for their sexist views, but because they're such hypocrites. They claim to be on a almost divine mission to "quell the anger of man" but they never live up it. They sit and train on a island for 2000 years not once contributing to the outside world but still speak down to anyone that'll listen. In that time they could've dedicated theyselves to the art of diplomacy, agriculture, engineering, civic studies, medicine, spending embassies with armed guards to englight others and be known as wise women that spread prosperity and peace. Think of the knowledge they could've built up in that time. Instead they focused only in the art of war, their entire society is based on strength and warrior mentally, often causing strife and stoking conflict with people they just met, often coming off as barbaric. They boast of their military power while ignorant of just how outdated their method of warfare has become. Whatever opportunity to do good the Amazons could've done has passed them by as the rest of the world advanced and become more peaceful without their help but they still think so highly of themselves they never considered they are now the most primitive and violent group of people around. Also on a personal note, did it piss anyone else of how in the movie Diana mocked him for letting a little thing like a watch control what he did? It was came off as very arrogant for an immortal to belittle a mortal for trying managing their time.

@@ninjahunterx7497 The Amazons of Themyscira has been offering and ,at time, forcing women to join their island and they thrived and lived eternally for centuries. And they don't trust men in general because their leader got screwed over by a man and is hold a grudge on men that was centuries ago.

I love how Batman and Wonder Woman dead ass be like “LOOK AT ALL THE DAMAGE SHE CAUSED” as if these fools didn’t cause the destruction to happen in the first place when they started attacking her. 😑😑😑

My question is, in what situation is Kara gonna get attacked before Clark can teach her houw to use their powers? After all, I know for a fact Clark wouldn't let her start being a superhero until she had nearly as much control as him, and it's not like she's gonna get jumped while in her civilian disguise.

For everyone saying WW was in the wrong for surprising Kara at night, you have to consider it could have gone a lot worse if she didn't. It could have been Darkseid, it could have been the Joker, Scarecrow, or any other psycho to surprise her and she would have still been out of control. If Diana surprised her during the day, then Kara would have leveled a park full of people. Diana picked the safest and most realistic method to show that both Clark and Kara that some intervention was needed before an actual crisis happened.
