IBC me application for initiation of PPIRP se pehle FC's ka approval lgega 66% ka or is approval ke liye hum unhe Base Resolution Plan provide krenge or Declaration denge ki CD 90 days me PPIRP ke liye jaane wala h. And after commencement, COC bnega or use Base Resolution Plan submit kiya jayega for approval. But my doubt is ki COC me bhi to wahi FC's hi honge na, to ye double approval ni ho gya from FC's bcz application for initiation se pehle bhi to unka approval liya tha na Base Resolution Plan pe?
