You've given me inspiration to go old-school and hand paint my own model - this one, specifically. I have an airbrush, but for various reasons this option is not available to me. Your finished model is superb, and your presentation, editing, production values are terrific. Well done.

Awesome🔝Well every modell has a good side and a bad side.But....since i started working with superglue, everything is fine😁 Different glues for different details. Normaly i build only ships but i also love Aircrafts. But i make my own plan after i look at the instrution. However many ways leads to Rom. To me the joy of the modell Hobby is to find a solution whenever there is a problem and to fix it.Anyway when it comes to Aircrafts,Tamija and Hasegawa are my favorite company. As much as i love Airfix or Revell... When it comes to bigger scale these are my favorite companys, plus Trumpeter. I dearly miss Matchbox and Monogramm... However.Great video, building and skills 🛩👌Top

yes, it is interesting seeing as the Typhoon was tooled back in 2013 and this Spitfire in 2019 (and the typhoon is smaller to boot). I wonder if there were different teams working on these kits and thus decided what was important to include or omit

A quick question: If the paint applied to the model is naturally a glossy-shiny color, does this mean one must still apply the gloss varnish to the model, even though the paint already is gloss? I assume its no longer necessary, as the model is already glossy from the application of the paint. Thanks in advance. (Also sorry if my question is badly worded.)

  • @ModelMinutes

To get that many views through adverts they’d have to spend hundreds of pounds 😂 But yes, I do consider myself very fortunate that Airfix wanted to send me something to review

There are many things we learn and improve on in time as we develop skills. This is one of my earlier videos on my channel and probably doesn't really reflect my current ability not only in model construction but also editing skills. At the time, i uploaded this video for those people who do enjoy to watch videos like this, and judging by the 96% like to dislike ratio, it would seem there are those who enjoy it and found it a worthwhile upload. I do of course understand that it isn't everyone's cup of tea, and I'm not exactly a professional filmographer. I suppose the good thing about youtube is that it gives everyone a platform to share their experiences and creativity, in much the same vein that i'm sure there are people who dislike the videos on your channel (and would also consider why you thought they were worthy of being uploaded) to those who do enjoy the content you have posted. I guess being a free platform which gives everyone the chance to upload their videos is the main reason i chose to upload this video, similar to why you did so on your own channel. Or perhaps you had an alternative motive?
