#notion a productivity and note taking app. However, it contains a lot of advanced features for task and project management. I've been using Notion for the last 6 months to plan my content for KZread. In this video I want to share my experience.
❤️ LOVE
- It's FREE!
- Available on ALL devices + desktop
- Databases that allow me to filter relevant tasks
- Easy to reduce the noise and focus on what's important
- Manage the clutter in my brain
- Rich pages with check box list, headings, tables, embedded items and more!
😬 DON'T LOVE
- I've seen a few syncing issues between devices
- AI assistant costs extra (though I understand that!)
- Wish I could make the tables wider to see more of them on desktop
