Thanks for mentioning Pippo! Got a ton of downloads out of the blue so I was trying to figure out where everyone came from 🥳 To people who give it a try, note that it doesn't work for Chrome. Pippo uses Apple's default media playback controls, and it seems that Chrome uses their own implementation that does not listen to the system forward and backward commands that I can send through Shortcuts unfortunately.. 😞
@ArgoFowl
Жыл бұрын
ahh yeah I’m using Arc which is built on chromium, makes sense now. Anyway to implement it for chromium pip?
@jordibruin
Жыл бұрын
@@ArgoFowl unfortunately I haven't been able to think of one! The way Pippo works is that it sends the default playback control commands through shortcuts. These allow me to control whatever is playing in the PiP window (normally that is..). I don't know of a way to send commands into Chromium players without it turning into a hacky scary thing. So unfortunately it won't work for all usecases for now..

These are my favourite videos from Snazzy. I'm relatively new to Macs and there is so much we can do on it.
Quiet Reader stated that it needed to be able to have full access to download folder, and send data you are reading back over the internet so this is a big NO GO personal security hole for me. RED ALERT!!!! Liked the idea.
This is the best one yet. Ended up downloading every app. Wow. Thanks Quinn
I love how thorough you are with every app. I now have a bunch of new apps I never knew I needed! Fingers crossed more apps are created so you can tell us about them! 😆

Great video! Thank you for suggesting Pure Paste and Quiet Reader. Amazing apps.
One app I install almost immediately on any new Mac is Default Folder X. I use mostly one feature: Click on a Finder window from an Open or Save dialog to open that folder in the dialog. How people can use computers without this is hard to imagine for me (I have been using this app since MacOS 9).
I love these videos. I'm going to be grabbing a few of the recommendations!
As a programmer and high school student, I find many of these apps useful, so thank you for these apps and for making my life much easier!
your videos are consistently adding value to my life and productive, thanks Quinn
I can’t believe you cut it short before the image loaded. Was looking forward to seeing the output!! 😂
love your diving in those little apps!
This is one of the best app collection videos I’ve seen in a long time - will install most of these asap✌️

Thank you so much. Never have seen so many useful Apps like in your Videos.
Thanks for the great review of the AirPod Pro 2s. I picked up a pair at Costco, I would not have noticed all the new features without your review. Thank you Snazzy!
Thanks a Ton, grabbing Latest right now and pippo.
