They did a good job on it.

Recently received a shipment with holes punched in the box. Luckily, it was not a figure or collectible. That ThunderTank is a massive piece. After watching this entire review, had Super 7 gone those extra steps that you mentioned, this toy would have been absolutely phenomenal.

It's a big toy!

But the treads probably work on the vintage ..heeeee

$500 had the purchase power of $1,390 in 1985. LJN would have had that thing fully loaded with lights, launching missles, and a remote control at that cost. Meanwhile Brian Flyn's best feature is that IT'S A BIG HUNK OF PLASTIC! (but still doesn't roll).

@@NickDoobs i will be once i find a spot to display it. It just arrived but wont have time till the weekend to really appreciate it due to work. All my wall space was taken up by the Super 7 Snake Mountain and Castle Greyskull. I have the Thundercats in battle with Skeletor and they fit in perfect! I was watching this video to see the size..i got caught off guard by how huge the shipping box was!

I guess 2437 units went out to the distributor you got it from. Mine was out of 5184. I wonder how many of these were actually made.

Like you mentioned fiber optic lights on the front control panel buttons, I’m going to hire an engineer to make this a reality

NEAT ...but way too big / Expensive ... unless you have a huge display room then your lucky...

The tank is a “carpet toy” as I used to refer. Doesn’t function great on smooth surfaces. It was the same when we were kids. HOWEVER, had they made the treads thicker, it might’ve performed better, by overcoming the size of the caps.

Its not “toyethic” but it’s okay
