Thanks for sharing your recipe. I have made this a couple of times already. One is in the oven as I type! Just wanted to ask you to check your description and change the quantity of the Baking Soda... it reads as 1/4 cup (instead of 1/4 tsp) I know it is a typo, but it could prove to be a disaster for first time bakers. Please don't take this the wrong way :)

I read your comment a little too late. My cake turned out to be a disaster. Im glad that this was only a tester/tril cake, my guests are coming after 2 days.

I successfully made my first cake ever! I'm 15 and really happy for this achievement. Thanking this channel from my heart. But I would recommend using 3/4 cup sugar instead of 1/2 if you have a sweet tooth like me!

Excellent recipe! Substituted 1/2 cup almond flour + 1/4 cup gluten free flour to make the 3/4 cup of flour you used. Used almond milk and canola oil to make this recipe gluten free and vegan. The crumb texture is fantastic.

In the description you wrote baking soda 1/4 CUP instead of TSP. Since I watched the other pound cake video, I had decided to only use the ingredients in the comments of this video. The baking soda amount surprised me so I went back and watched the video. Both cakes are in the oven now. Can't wait to taste them. Thanks for the easy recipe.
