Not a Crusaders or a Brumbies fan .. however I enjoyed watching the Crusaders beating the Brumbies at home. Let's see how they go against my Blues next week. Edit - for such a big game I would of thought a much bigger home crowd .. disappointing the Aussie crowds .. almost as bad as NZ home crowds lol

Unless there has been a replay shown somewhere that was not shown in the match coverage, then I don't know how anyone can say the try was not a fair grounding of the ball. If you slow it down and pause it there is little doubt he has grounded the ball. A close call yes but it appears that he has grounded the ball whilst in possession of it.

Mate the referees have been favouring the Aussie sides for 3 weeks now, to me it comes as no surprise to see them award a B.S. try.

They were hyping this game up so much over here in Australia. It didn't really live up to the hype I still think the Blues and Crusaders game is still the best game this year

In Super Rugby. So as of last year that only counts two countries. And one of them has poor rugby.

We saw something close to a line speed during this game which is good for both the sides and the ABs and Wallabies. Coz they will face a lot of that in July

Brumbies got smashed on their own turf! Great to finally see some dominant forwards laying the platform for the Crusaders. Brumbies first and last tries were very lucky which shows that the Brumbies underperformed.

Yeah it was 4 tries each so not a smashing and the brumbies didn't have a proper kicker with noah injured so their game plan was different. They didn't take one penalty conversion. Its for these reasons that im looking forward to the next matchup

@@petergrifin1958 Same argument could be said about the Chiefs vs Brumbies but the fact is there was clearly one team that deserved to win just like last week. I don't think Simone's first try was legit and Wright's try was off the back of sloppy attack by the Crusaders.

Brumbies were without their main 10 and Rob Valentini who’s been one of their best players this year. They also gave away far too many unforced errors, even gifted Reece his first try. Just wasn’t their night.

Very good Brumbies side more than capable taking down both the Blues and the Crusaders in a playoff match. Both Simone and Ikitau are wonderful rugby players in good touch.

I dunno....kellaway last year was the stand out wing for me. His intercept in the line out against the ABs was impressive. I also think he scored the most tries in the wallaby camp. But you're right talking about this years form alone. Marika korobete is gonna have to show some good form with tom wrights current form same with vunivalu and the tahs winger I forgot his name unfortunately.

It’s because NZ fans got used to winning all the time for so many years, they got so used to it that when they eventually started losing, they can’t handle it ! I’m an NZ fan but I’m pretty embarrassed by the way most of them behave, really bad sore losers. Once their teams have lost a few games they get very sensitive and upset, That’s why they always attack the other team after a win I reckon. But it’s funny Because if they lose they just resort to “good to have a bit of competition back” haha There’s definitely some serious tension between the fans this year haha

That's a very broad statement guy. Not every NZ supporter cries ref when they lose. I'm definitely one of those sofa keyboard bashers who hate unfair calls against my teams like any other hardcore supporter. But I myself do not represent a majority. I speak for myself alone. So I think you've seen a lot of hardcore goons like myself spamming comment sections with it was the referees fault to much. But trust me, my uncle, aunty, high school mates and everyone around me see my comments and none of them are like myself. And they're die hard rugby fans aswel. So what I'm saying is not all of us are those kind of supporters. Just a special few 🤣 could say the same about the aussies or the South Africans, English supporters and the Scottish. It's just background noise you'll learn to block it out.
