I watched him in the NPC for Taranaki he lead the charge right through the season last year hence the reason they won and took out the final dominating all the teams he’s a good player for super Rugby..👍

Telea is such an odd player. His defence is shocking and he's not even that quick for a wing, but his hands and awareness in attack are great so he gets involved in alot of good plays. Scott Gregory is absolutely dire, I have never seen him have a good game

@@khankake9576 It makes the Highlanders the team with the smallest player base and worst recruitment, in a rebuild. The forwards and Umaga-Jensen look good, but this is not a great team. Compare the players. I am not hating on the Blues, but they really need to step up and start playing to their potential.

@@lukec2226 if u noticed earlier they had to make a last min reshuffle due to Barrett and Laulala being out for covid?? (Not too sure) So they actually did really well because of all the disruptions beforehand. That 2nd half they came out scoring 4 tries! Would’ve been 5 but Clarke’s try got disallowed. So don’t know why y’all disappointed😒

@@d_uzooo3972 Dude, Barrett has played like 20 mins in the last two years. Last week he looked like he had something better to do. Clarke was pretty unlucky tonight, but he really looks like he wants his place in the ABs.

Night and day stuff from the Blues between first and second halves. They remain a team who forever flatter to disappoint; so much talent across the field but technically sloppy and routinely botch the basics in pursuit of flashy try-scoring heroics.

We do look disjointed. Factor in a missing 10 and a covid reshuffle and that starts making sense. Nerves can hit the players in funny ways, I reckon we will get it right and fire hard next week. More Jacob Ratumaitaviki Kneepkens though please

Hmm not necessarily, people didn't say this when they won SR Aotearoa a couple years ago. They have a solid team and they managed to get the win tonight if anything it shows that they even if they're off they can still win games if we exclude that perfomance against Canes.

Some decent performances in the end by the Blues, but, without doubt one of the worst refereeing performances I've witnessed in recent years. He must have come through the Glen Jackson school of Illogical Referees. Watching a full replay, he must be cringing.😒😒
