If there wasn't a side called Shu Shirikawa he'd have a terminal case of Chronic Backstabbing Disorder. Trolling is his hobby. And if you do it right, a valid and useful tactic. The first rule in the Art of War (well most important) is Deception. Trolling is an excellent way to make sure they never realize you've tricked them until after they're dead.

@kirant The Astranagant in Alpha 1 was actually the only known unit that could go toe-to-toe with Shu's Granzon and that was a machine made from data gathered off the most badass mechs EVER (I.E. Mazinkaiser, Shin Getter, etc etc etc).

"Dark Prison" starts playing. Well, crap.

The hadn't when they were "just" facing the SRX and ATX teams. That meant they pissed Ryuusei, Masaki, Kyosuke, Sanger, Elzam and cia. But when they managed to gain the attention of Shu... I'm going to be honest here, I'll kind of pity the Inspectors, if it wasn't for the fact that they were stupid enough to actually piss so many badasses at the same time knowing full well their exploits. Shu was just punishing them for their lack of intelligence and common sense.

I freakin' love that face. 8D It gets creepy when his eyes suddenly go wide, lol.

It is so fun watching how the Inspector are so strong in the previous episodes, which could not be damaged whatsoever, then get one-hitted by Granzon. Also, I always wanted Granzon to come out when some bosses come out said that he is the strongest in the universe.

Probably in Troll. I think over half the shit he does he does it to troll Masaki.

Shuu is Aizen reincarnated. He wasn't god anymore, so he decided to build a Robot using 2/3rds of an Organization posed to take over the world (on the remaining 1/3rd, imagine if they were running on the entire thing...)'s budget, using lots and lots of OP Alien Tech, and then took it and had it super-powered by an S-Class Elemental Spirit. And then he upgraded the damn thing.

@kirant If I'm not mistaken, Granzon utilizes an advanced AI system that can handle 65.535 enemies at the same time automatically. Talk about overkill.....

I wish you could kill the final boss this easily in Dark Prison when he's in the Neo Granzon considering it's the same battleship depicted in the anime.

Well on the flip side Neo Granzon is essentially immune to damage from the ship, seeing as how its point defense attack fucking HEALS it.

@KetsuRosataMalnor Not even that - the Granzon's equipped with an Antimatter Anihilation Engine - a massively-improved version of the BHE. And that's just base Granzon. Neo-Granzon reaches near-planetbuster levels of overpoweredness.

@WillRennar Assuming Neo Granzon uses the same controls, Shukutai-hou/Degeneration Cannon's trigger must be the same finger, but with both hands instead of just one. Anything less won't do...

he should just map his theme and the black hole cluster to the same button, one less click.

of course it is, i improved it myself it's only me or shu is just the most awesome character in the world

@aaisan99 You're not. Technically speaking, Shu in the Granzon alone could solo almost any enemy force we've ever seen in the anime(and most of the ones from the games), without even breaking a sweat. Or using more than one or two fingers.

My favorite part was in the final final fight shu shows up with excellen kyosuke n the rest and just watches Dude coulda solo'd einst kyosuke and went nah i wanna see what happens

Only one faction recruted him succesfully : the orginal DC under Bian. Shu was gueninely loyal to Bian and its goal. The proof was his reaction when Bian died in OG1.

@Pesmerga255 Well yes that's very likely since the Degeneration Cannon (Neo Granzon's final and strongest attack) will destroy all in range with unlimited and complete utter power while only one Infinite Cylinder from the Astranagant can erase the entire universe from existance and history at full power (if not the universe and everything around it.)

Such a small button for such a devastating weapon.

Given that Shu can literally destroy the solar system in one shot with Degenerative Cannon, I'd say it's not even a competition
