Nothing is permanent. It will last for several years tho... then it will start to fade, change color and dilate. Touch ups are needed.

The question is simply,how does this look in the light? Up,close and personal is the question.If those dots that are put on an individuals head do not mimic a shaved hair follicle,it will look a little odd up close..Hair is three dimensional and if there is even a slight contrast from the hair on the sides of your head to the SMP on top,make no mistake it will look different bc it is now two dimensional.The hair has to be shaven down to a “zero” the color has to match perfectly and the SMP dots have to match the actual hair follicle as perfectly as possible.The gentlemen in this video looks absolutley fantastic in the video and pictures but up close and I’m talking face to face is the true test…If no one gives even a glimpse toward that hairline,your golden,if not 🤔 Don’t play with SMP unless your getting dots that mimic an actual shaved hair follicle…Better to embrace your baldness than to have a toupee you cannot remove bc that’s basically what it is 🤷‍♂

I think you are right. Scalp Micro USA is fantastic, I think if you meet some of these guys having an SMP, you would not even notice. The only reason you might notice, is because you know they have had it done. Myself, I am in a similar hair situation, I will eventually do an SMP but before that, I will have an HP, because with some native hair SMP looks incomparably better, it makes a huge difference.

Never trust promotional videos... they make sure they avoid head being shinny (either with makeup or specific lighting). That's why it looks sort of realistic. When you see the SMP with shinny head it looks fake right away. It looks like you draw hair on your head with pencil or something. It looks ridiculous I would rather be clean shaven bald than having this kind of look. As with hair transplant, if you are an ideal candidate you have chance of good result with SMP. Those are generally people who would look good bald anyway, diffuse thinners with stubble to reduce the shine. If you just have receding hair line I would not go with this.

I have SMP man, nobody has ever noticed or questioned it besides my family and friends who knew I was bald from previous. Trust me, this looks just as real close up when done by a great artist.

I also have SMP best thing I've ever done for myself, I was petrified going to the first session worried it was gonna look stupid but trust me nobody has ever noticed that it's not real hair follicles,I had it done 5 years ago and still to this day when my head is freshly shaven I get comments in work .... Nice haircut

Does anybody know what this procedure looks like up close? What do you look like say when you are outside in the sunlight? Does it look like you have magic marker dots on your head? What does it look like an inch away? How obvious is it? They never show it to you up close.

Guys as a a hair system wearer. It's good at first but then takes ages to get ready.. Best bet just accept your losing your hair don't gaf what people think since society we live in is too much into their outside appearance. Get SMP, sort your teeth out, bulk up a little and maybe grow a decent beard, and just dress well. You will look sick 👍
