You forgot Bowser's Inside Story! It could've been portrayed by that scene from *Mermaid Man & Barnacle Boy IV,* where the tiny Bikini-Bottomites get inside of SpongeBob. It could also be portrayed by any time when Plankton was inside of SpongeBob. Lastly, another potential option could be Squidtastic Voyage.

I don’t think the New Super Mario Bros deities ever got old, it was just people over exaggerating. There were only 4 games, the last of which came out in 2012.
