Super glue has saved me from getting stitches often.

Like, two people, four times, at work have LACERATED themselves to the point of having to go to the ER. I offer them super glue. They laugh at me. The next day, hundreds of dollars and hours of waiting later, what did the ER use? Super glue. Fire starter, medical applications, repairing things, hinges, clear coat, getting high, all thanks to super glue. 🤣

The super glue increases friction! That's what slows your hinges down.

The more you flex it, the more it gives, but then you just add another drop every few months. 👍 Clear so it doesn't draw attention.

I use a wee teeny amount on Transformers toys with bad loose joints. Must be VERY careful to only use the smallest amount though. Stop fighting with your lord and master, you belong to Cat! (Hope you and family are well?)

I was trying to figure out how to slow the hinge, and figured on this solution. Good to know others found the same means! 🤓 It's clear, too, so it doesn't draw attention.

@@OutsideTheTargetDemographic Yes have had container, maybe a litre now for 3 years to fix joints and things. Obviously it does not help on a utility belt. But it is a little easier to work with them super glue, especially on toys that are supposed to move.
