This is how I used to get my daughter to sleep, a face massage turned into full body massages as she became a toddler. She grew so fast. I knew she was having growing pains. I remember I was massages her knees and lower back I went to look to see if she was sleeping and she was literally drooling lol. Even babies need to feel good. Massages are so important for them so they can grow

Interestingly, this is a similar massage technique I use when giving clients facials (not quite so rough😆) .They wake up disoriented every time. It's also good for stress release, tmj and headaches.

My mom would rock me at a fast speed in a rocking chair, she was an agressive rocker, lol not in a bad way but now to fall asleep as an adult I shake my foot side to side really fast it gives me the same rocking feeling

This is the cutest. It actually makes me want to have a little kid. So I can spoil it. But I also want to give my kid a head massage like that. In fact I've grown up in a family with loads of kids around. And I've never seen anyone of my cousins give a massage to their kid like that. However, It's the cutest. Enjoy.

My dad would lightly trace his fingers around my eyes and forehead when I was little, but I knew there was a good chance I'd fall asleep so if I wasn't wanting to nap I tried to stop him.
