1. Cook 1½ lb (700 g) potatoes. Olive oil.
2. 1 lb (450 g) ground meat, cook until no longer red.
3. 1 cup diced: carrots, celery, onions, sweetcorn.
4. Cook 7-8 minutes.
5. Salt, pepper, 2 tbsp tomato paste.
6. 1 cup (240 ml) beef stock.
7. Few drops of Worcestershire Sauce.
8. ½ tsp garlic powder and mixed herbs.
9. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
10. 4 tbsp butter.
11. Salt, pepper.
12. ¾ cup (180 ml) milk, 4 tbsp sour cream.
13. 1 egg yolk.
14. 4 oz (115 g) shredded cheese.
15. Butter.
16. Bake at 400° F (200° C) for 20 minutes.
17. Leave to set for few minutes.
