The simplest way, in my opinion, is to change it each two rows, so that when you come back, you simply pull up the yarn of the other color without cutting it. You won't have extra threads to hide, and the work will look clean. I recommend you to watch my other video tutorials where I show how to change colors. 😊

Can you please let me know what kind of yarn are you using to make these beautiful designs. cause a lot of tutorials that I watch say that any kind of 🧶 Will do. If you look closely you will see how many she skips and she usually shows like for row 2 skip went right into first chain because it will be a single crochet. She is using SC so there is no skipping stitches at turn.
