Super Easy! Authentic Hong Kong Style Chow Mein Recipe 豉油皇炒面 Cantonese Soy Sauce Fried Noodles

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Recently, we were so happy that the government of Hong Kong and Singapore set up a travel bubble. But, alas, due to the growing number of community cases in Hong Kong, both countries decide to postpone their plan. That inspired us to prepare some common Hong Kong dishes so that you can cook them and then imagine you're there in Hong Kong. We can get through this. Stay strong and stay safe.
See the ingredient list below for your easy reference.
Hope you can recreate this yummy dish in the comfort of your home. Happy cooking!

This is now the favorite noodle dish for me and my wife. It tastes great and is a nice alternative to Italian pasta. I'm doing it tonight and I'm looking forward to it. When it comes to vegetables, I vary and take Shitake mushrooms instead of the sprouts, as they are more readily available here and also taste better.
