I'm a professional photographer. What's wrong with your camera is called white-balancing. It is basically how the image sensor perceives color based on a natural white. You can get white-balancing cards, cubes, whatever--even just use a piece of paper if you are in a pinch. But it needs to calibrate itself for what "white" should look like. Alternatively, you can edit it in post. This is called color grading. I'm sure there are hundreds of videos here on YT that will explain it to you better. Hope this helps.

That makes sense. Thanks for the reply. So basically it was auto adjusting the colour but the colour balance needs to be locked at the start.

I guess it would depend on the rent being asked. Some people might have no choice because of financial constraints.

carpet in rentals is just gross. cheaper and better to install new if there must be carpet
