Hermoso y exacto todo el proceso... Todo me encantó, solo una gran recomendación: al final cuando todo es empaquetado uff es triste... El uso excesivo de plástico dejo un sabor amargo a un proceso tan bello y perfecto... Ojalá puedan utilizar otro tipo de material para el paso final. Muchas gracias por todo

WHY burn "1 2 3" into the sides? Please someone explain!
いつ入荷した材料をいつ何にどの量で使用した記録を付けているんですね。 パンの購入者までのトレースはできませんが、品質に気をつけていることはよく理解できます。 ISOなど必要な企業なら当たり前なんですが、飲食業にそれが浸透するのは、難しいでしょうね。
