Ingredients
Prawns and seasonings
▢ 15-18 Shrimps
▢1/2 tsp salt
▢1/2 tsp sugar
▢1/4 tsp white pepper
▢cooking oil for fry
Coating ingredients
▢1 egg
▢ 40 g cornstarch
▢ 80 -100 g bread crumbs
Yum Yum Dipping sauce
▢ 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
▢1 tbsp Ketchup
▢ 1 tbsp Water
▢ 1 tsp Vinegar
▢ 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
▢1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Yes it will, but cornstarch works the best for making crispy coatings on fried food.

The shrimp balls can be frozen for up to two to three months and just need to be thawed in the fridge before you fry them in oil.

Why cut it up if you are then going to puree it? That makes no sense.

You can skip that part if you want. I cut the tails off and then cut into pieces first. Sometime the processor will leave larger chunks if it is not cut up into smaller pieces first. That part is up to you though.
