Ingredients:
- 200g plain flour
- 130g melted butter
- 250g plain flour
- 5g salt (1 tsp)
- 5g sugar (1 tsp)
- 3g yeast (1/2 tsp)
- 30g melted butter
- 140ml warm water
- 300g minced beef
- 20g scallions
- 5g salt (1 tsp)
- 3g paprika (1/2 tsp)
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
