Potato is tastier than meat! Better than pizza! If you have some potatoes, make these easy and delicious recipes~
Ingredients:
- 5 potatoes (medium potatoes)
- 80g unsalted butter
- 80g cake flour
- 420ml milk
- 200ml whipping cream
- 8g salt (2 tsp)
- 1.5g black pepper (1/4 tsp)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Coriander

I have one question, if I don't have cake flour can I use self rising flour instead? I can go by the store tomorrow for the cake flour if it is a difference. Thank you for these wonderful recipes!!!
