Super Bowl Sunday Surfing Spectacular: Riding Waves in Huntington Beach

Спорт

There hasn't been much exciting surf lately but thankfully we got a little gift from Mother Nature on Super Bowl Sunday. Before the Chiefs and Eagles faced off in the biggest game of the year I was able to hit up the Huntington Beach cliffs to film some of the fun surf that came through that morning. Hope you enjoy the video!

Right on, yup surfed cliffs regularly back then also. Remember you could park on PCH and hear the occasional crash of rearend collisions due to people slamming on their brakes to get a spot to park lol. Caught soo many good waves here. I'm up in Riverside county now and closest spot I surf is Oceanside. Get sum!!

The problem is too many Huntington Beach folk are simply trying be "surf enthusiasts" and aren't actually legit "diehard surfers" . . .

that's ok. not everyone has that desire and they enjoy the activity when they can. as long as they aren't gettin in peoples way or causing harm its not a big deal. a little less crowds would be nice th lol

@@AlleyTrashBoards Yeah, I'd definitely agree with you on that in most cases. But just depends on the spot. The people I met when I was living for a bit in Palos Verdes at those spots were pretty committed to the life, it seemed. But Hermosa Beach people appeared to be pretty fair-weather surfers, from what I could tell.
