This massive production is an exercise in precision. The timing of everything from the set up to the performance, the extras, the lighting, the cameras, the breakdown afterwards, getting everyone off the field....uffff...it's INCREDIBLE. I was at the SB in 1997 in San Diego and halftime was fun but NOTHING compared to THIS. The effort from everyone was FANTASTIC. Whether you're a fan of these performers or not this was an extraordinary performance from the entertainers to the entire production team and volunteers. JOB WELL DONE!!!

DeeJayRoyalT2 seriously. I was thinking about that. Not one thing can be off or go wrong. They only have one shot to make this work. The timing is impeccable. I wonder how long did they practice? The extras? The dancers? When did they all finally get together to do run throughs? How many run throughs did they do? I love this behind the scenes stuff.

@@bdfan4ever Production begins in July, JLo and Shakira begin in November. As for the extras, they come in about a week prior and do about 10 runs throughout the week. This field was difficult since it isn't artificial. Because of that, we had to place a tarp down and the stage, production team, performers and extras could only be on it for so long because it could damage the turf. The grounds team were very strict about it during rehearsals.

This was incredible! The energy, how they put the stage together, Shakira, Jlo and dancers. the people, lights, fireworks, so much action I didn’t know where to look and then boom blasted me to the top and down again!😱 Just phenomenal! Thanks for sharing!

Knock yourself out and like the entertainer that you prefer! Comparisions and insulting another performer is not cool. Shakira is a great entertainer and humanitarian! Shakira enjoys a more simple look in her wardrobe and cosmetics on stage and in general. That is who we know Shakira to be in the States when she crossed over and loved her. JLO and many other artists love to look perfect for their audience. They feel comfortable that way. JLO is a great entertainer and humanitarian. She switches up her look as well when she's off stage. The Public is everything to her and she takes a lot of pride in her appearance! We are all different. The character of a person is what has value. I really respect JLO for that! Si y con este video quedo bien claro que fue todo un esfuerzo. Desde las personas que cambian el set, los bailarines, los fans, hasta las artistas. Todos estuvieron en punto para que yo desde la comodidad de mi casa quedara asombrado.

Increible el trabajo que hicieron los artistas, en especial Shakira, se robo el Halftime show, brillando como siempre, pero igual hay que reconocer el esfuerzo que conllevo este show, woow eran muchas personas trabajando con el tiempo y coordinacion, en verdad muchas felicidades a todos! por cierto, no me daba la idea de como era el escenario, porque el escenario de shakira era diferente que el de Jlo, pero ya vi, que durante el show fueron agregando cosas. This may be THE BEST 360 video EVER!!!! The editing was just AMAZING!!!!!

I worked in Superbowl 29's half-time show (The Indiana Jones one no one liked), and this brings back memories. We did the same thing as here: rolling the stage in, putting it together, during commercials/sport commentary, and taking all apart and rolled out of the field once it ended. We trained for over 2 months to get it fast and right. I can only imagine the excitement those kids (the extras) must have felt, working with Shakira and Jlo. The after party must have rocked.

There was a staging area with a large tent next to the stadium where it all went to be broken down. We had our camera cranes/jibs packed up in our truck before the game ended!
