This really was one of the best half time shows. Madonna has such a vast discography, she could have put in so many more massive hits but she did it right. This was perfect. Ending with Like A Prayer like that was iconic.

I remember seeing the tour she did right after this -- MDNA-- and when she did Like A Prayer as the 2nd to last song it was so powerful to look around the arena with EVERYONE dancing to one of the most iconic songs of the 80s generation. Imagine that same thing amped up to this stadium!

Well the only way he could top it is better choices of guest performers and a better new song from his catalog. Having Nicki Minaj was a good choice but my goodness she doesn't have the best track record in duets and the longestivy of thier carrers. sadly her last decade. But 40 years in an industry as fickle as the pop industry is damn good, she struggled to keep going for the last 15 years but she's just about kept it going for 40 which is fantastic. Shame she's kinda damaged her legacy though in recent years but you can bet everyone will remember her as 'one of the greats' again once she's dead, they always do. People should have respect for her now even if she does kinda look crazy these days, she's still the queen to her fans.

@@angeloascione226 She done a lot of stuff during her tours that fucked a lot of shit up for her. Including firing a gun at her concerts, including the state which it happened in. Which people were pissed about since it was a school shooting that she knew about. She also was massively late to her concerts, which she made thousands of fans wait up to one and a half hours just to see her. Causing some of her fans to leave because they had to get home, as the concerts already started very late, and her being even later meant people weren’t leaving her shoes until almost 1AM. Then people had to find they’re way home at that time also. And she literally said “Don’t come to my fucking concert if your not happy” which is an asshole thing to say especially being that late and paying a shit ton of money. And a lot of other things.

We "have all seen out of shape peeps" from children, teens, to ADULTS/whatever...look at the age of Sir Paul McCartney (who I am soooo happy is performing), who is old enough to be MaDonna's pop, or THE ROLLING STONES, come on, you made a reference to THE AGE, but would you do that for the Beatles, The Rolling Stones, etc. who are waaaaaay older than Madonna? I use to think that 30 was OLD. Regardless, women, take the hits, time after time, as men can have a huge gut, Octo mum style, no hair & still carry on. I saw her New York show years ago and it was incredible. I don't know if she lipsynced or not, and it doesn't matter. She was in motion the whole time. Pure talent.

This really was the Super Bowl performance that set the production level standard for all those after. Madonna changed the game.

I've watched many half time shows, but this one gave me the goosebumps. Spectacular Madonna 2/17/2024.

No wonder it’ topped the best half time show : the entrance is just iconic and fit for a queen.

I feel like this was the first Halftime Show that was a really really BIG production with theatrics. After Madonna, all that followed knew they had to raise the bar and followed suite. She changed the concept. That’s what makes Madonna the queen. Periodt!

Just saw her in concert and had to come back and watch this. I gotta say, these young artists have absolutely nothing on this woman and this halftime show. THIS is a show! Madonna played the game and won. I always love to watch it from time to time, as she said back then it was a feast for the eyes and ears. This entrance couldn’t be better.

It was perfection. The sound, the choreography, energy, and song choices. I do have to give kudos to the Queen of Pop.

Having just seen Madonna's Halftime show first time, I have to say that it is one of the best shows ever. So classy and the ending song Like a prayer, the presentation of the song is like liquid gold that leaves you in awe.

I really respect an artist who, after being on stage for over 30 years, still puts her soul and full presence in every little thing. She's not jaded, it didn't become a job. She's not resting on her laurels. She is SHINING and PERFORMING epically. That's really SOMETHING! She was meant for this.

What am I going to say. I never attended any paid rock n roll concert in my life except one time Madonna Concert in the 80s. It was the best memory of my life. Two things: 1. i don't think she made any money on this performance. I think production cost of her side is close to $5 million dollars with all those people. She is doing it for the FAN. She put up everything she got and then some. 2. Her voice "Echoes in Eternity" with this performance. Thank you Madonna.

The cost of the show was 84 million. So she definitely went all out and wanted it to be made to remember. They asked her many times before to perform during halftime but the scheduling did not work out. Some people were comparing her show to U2 and who was better I said I think that's wrong because I said U2 was emotional Madonna was definitely entertaining.

Taking the field like the classic Hollywood Cleopatra, cheerleaders, drum line, top dancers, incredible techno visuals, flawless transitions, current pop stars, dance trends, cherry picked gems from a massive hit list, tasteful costumes, excellent arrangements and choreography. Most just give a mini concert. Madonna gave a Superbowl performance with ALL the trimmings.
