I agree! Next would be my hope to help those who need help to relieve their burdens of suffering long enough to take a look with us. (I can't remember the exact quote, but I always feel like how Woody Allen said in one of his movies... "If there is one person who is suffering around me, it's really hard for me to enjoy anything at all." I think my mother screwed me up like this 🤣. As a natural dreamer, I would always be swept away with whomever/whatever and dive into things. But my mom always had a hearty, "Oh brother," and an eyeroll for those who would bask in happiness while perhaps abandoning a bit of concern for those less fortunate.)

Thanks for the heads up. I've been so excited about the eclipse of the sun on the 2nd Sat at 9:00 AM here in Albuquerque. We're going to have a balloon glow during totality. Lots of sky watching in the next few weeks ❤

As the saying goes, Once In A Blue Moon. We should all take this rare opportunity to make a Blue Moon Resolution to Improving ourselves to a higher Moral standard. The thing is that "Blue moon" doesn't mean sh!+. Just a coincidental alignment of the lunar cycle with our made up calendar. The "Super Moon" is just as bad. The moon is only 6.9% bigger than average. You wouldn't be able to notice if no-one told you it was coming. Don't bother looking for it. What you will see is pretty much the same as every other full moon.

I saw it last year,not only me but dad, sister,nephew, neighbours,and friends we phone called miles away, it wasn't on a NASA "blood moon" date, we witnessed it for 2 consecutive nights, it was very eerie and ominous looking, there's no way it was caused by pollution or forest fire because we live in a rural area, and also this year, we saw the same exact phenomenon too.. two days before the "actual blood moon" date. It's strange. We belong to a tribal community and also Christians, I am convinced it is a sign for "war and bloodshed" in the East and Dad believes " it's a sign of changing times".

Oh NICE! Now I'll have to make sure and plan to do all of those things that I usually attribute to doing at a time like this. All the things I say I do, _only once in a blue moon_ (ha-ha!😄)

Well who would have thought that college elective Physical Science would have ever amounted to much? It was a combination of astronomy, geology, meteorology, and oceanography. Ever since I was a kid I looked up to the sky because I was fascinated by the clouds and the weather. But never had any interests for the stars or the other two sciences until after taking that class. I actually remember and understood some of the references. Now I know what is meant by a Blue Moon.
