I've just had a phone call from the construction company asking me to take the video down because it doesn't show them in good light. They claim that my video is detrimental to the company, and I said that it wasn't me that made their company look bad but their staff. But he still insist it's my fault, not his security guard, and still want me to take the video down. You are my subscribers, what do you think, should I take it down or not. 🙄🙄

Might be worth getting a cheap body cam for instances when you're flying the drone and someone approaches you, or if someone gets aggressive and snatches your phone.

I tried to get Leeds City Council to put yellow lines on my access road to my units, they said that because it is not council owned they couldn't do it, nor can the yellows be enforced. I guess it's probable this landlord has had the estate roads adopted by the council, in which case he only has access along the roads and he still believes he owns them. If he does actually still own them, pays for the maintenance and street lighting, then the yellows are not enforceable.

And don't breath my air it's mine all mine ' prat'

If the landlord said you'd parked on _his_ double yellow lines, then he's basically admitting that the double yellows have no legal standing and are only advisory.

It looks like the road you were parked on belongs to the council as there are lampposts and all sorts of signage not relating to the building site.Always have a look at lampposts and signposts to see if there is a number on as councils have the tendency to number their property.

Pete always always ware your body cam where ever you go and do especially when flying your drones an extra pair of hands comes in handy to for backup. Great video showing what a load of over blown ego's at work, also remind them that their site insurance's don't cover them off site...

No different than here in Ireland, it’s the Government regulatory authority who controls the nation’s airspace. In the UK, that’s the CAA. Once you’re not flying in controlled or other restricted airspace, you’re well within your rights to film over any property (depending on licence held). Airspace directly over manufacturing plants /sites etc is highly unlikely to be controlled/restricted , especially if you’re staying below the applicable heights (usually 400 ft).

You can fly over anything, but if you are recording then you have to make sure you're not hit by other laws such as voyeurism and interfering with people's reasonable expectation of privacy.

I was enjoying the drone footage, see the holes being drilled. Slight fail there by parking on double yellow lines. You’ll have to park further away next time.

Isn’t it funny PJ that some people don’t like being videoed but they are the ones who approach you. If they don’t want to be on camera then simply they should go by their job and mind their own business. It’s not rocket science lol. Keep up with the good work PJ.
