I like these long format videos....prepares me well for fixing motors and batteries. Half the time I resist because I don't understand what I will find, but you just plow on discovering as you go.

Those motors can go much faster than 25 kph. I ran mine with a 52v battery and 25 amp controller. Ran it for a year with zero issues. Sold it to feed my 72v addiction.

Would have taken each section apart power each one up to see where the noise is then dont have to fully strip down...

looks like last washer went on upside down, the blue lettering was down when taken off. Looks like it has a rim, not sure if it matters.

great video as usual ,ive been busy with a 7 speed internal gear hub (nexus) i just cant get it to work right ,its been put to the side again ,,have to ask how many electric vehcles do you currently own ?im at 7 at the moment ,i repair them then want to keep them all lol ,hope you get the wheel sorted im sure you will

Gt85 wouldn't be good for the bearings it dilutes the grease
