This was the golden era for sunseeker imo. Every boat they were producing was timeless and plain beautiful.

Yes I do agree. To me - these are timeless beauties but the market has moved on and interior space is now want the buyers want over everything

Superhawks were always great lookers in their day and still fab if you had the cash to run it…

If I just had the money. I‘d buy that boat in a heartbeat. Or a Superhawk 40 which also looks perfect to me.

Great boat drove many of these when they were new, it needs a little updating outside cushions etc not quite the same as the Mangusta 80 I used to run as a charter yacht out of portals in Mallorca 👍

Thank you for this review. I have definitely been waiting on quality and thorough reviews on the bigger sportier yachts (in the 45-60 ft lengths) like this. It is a beauty.

The mechanics must really love the designer of this boat. 😀 In any case the boat has Miami and Haul over inlet written all over it. This would sell in an instant in the US.

It's a lovely boat, but I noticed that you found it hard to move around in it as your 6ft + build was somewhat restricting your movement James. Another excellent tour of a classic sunseeker!

Hi Michael. Glad you enjoyed it 😎 in answer 1/ click boats.co.uk then charter button. 2/ in the uk no licence is needed but we recommend it along with insurance 😊

The best part of this boat is definitely the engine room which oozes class. But the fact that a 50-footer doesn't pass the floss test means the owner of this boat must love the speed far far far more than space...

Shame you guys miss the opportunity to talk about updating and making-good the interior wall fabrics etc which are bubbling etc - good seg into your work with that refurb company seytag or whatever it’s called

Yes Setag could do some improvements for sure but this boat is clean and original and that’s nice. Sometimes the wall bubbles go when the spring comes and warms and tightens it all up 😀

I’m curious if the motors have been rebuilt. Those yanmars had serious problems when over propped

Stunning looking boat and love the wood work and the style. However if your going to use this for what it was designed for your going to need a fuel tanker to go with it 🤣🤣

Lovely condition but I still wouldn't trade a 50 for my 'slower' 43, even though we don't have triple Yanmars or the surface drives.

@@Boatscouk not going to lie any Superhawk comes with extra added adrenalin thrown in. They don’t try to be all boats to all people. They get you from bay to bay faster than anything else and guarantee a smile on your face and a tear in your eye when you get there.
