I feel like this definitely would be a good workout and I like it takes almost no space up.
Good review! It is a great investment. I’ve had mine for a few months. I use it almost daily from 15 mins to 60 mins. I use it to squeeze in an additional workout typically before bed.

@mushuarts6195 Hello, have you experienced it overheating/getting hot when you do 60mins? I’ve seen several comments stating that their hydraulic pump heats up & can burn out because the instructions “supposedly” states to do 15mins & let it rest for 30 before restarting which to me sounds ridiculous. Have you had an issue?
@mushuarts6195

@@fabtasticfitnesswithnakia I haven’t had any issues. I’ve exceeded 60 minutes a few times and it worked just fine.
Thank you. Excellent information to take into consideration!!
Thank you for this review!
Glad I bought the right machine ! Thank you for the confirmation .
Thank you for the review!
Great review, thank you!
Thanks for your short and helpful explanation! Just from watching you using it, I am sure this stepper is a good way of exercising. I like the size being handy and small then you can exercise anywhere you like e.g move it to your garden or in front of TV. I like to go for a walk but often the weather is either too sunny or raining or sometimes it is already quite late and might be dangerous for me to go jogging alone. Thus, having a mini stepper is very convenient. 👍I bought a different brand, when it is worn out I will buy a more expensive one.
Awesome i just ordered this today to add to my other exercise equipments. Can't wait to get it
Great review!

Only downside to it is It has this Loud clicking noise if you are using it in your room
I guess I was hoping for more information. There are a number of models out there. Well I ordered one and I can always take it back I guess. And there are people on KZread with routines for these machines. A person could just step up and down on a bench or something but these just seemed like they'd be more enjoyable.

Lol...people can go walking and jogging outside, right? But they use treadmills for convenience, right? Same thing here. Super convenient in my opinion.
Thanks for the demo. I just received mine e today. There is no explanation where I’m supposed to oil or is it silicon? Also, how often I have to do it. I’m excited to start using it though. Thanks.

You know what's funny, I don't even remember oiling it lol.
I bought one and used it for an hour a day for 2 weeks and one of my feet started hurting.

Do people use these with standing desks? Or do they not work great if you have to stand still for a few seconds?

I've started using it with mine. It is slightly too high, not as comfy as I hoped but it is possible. I'm going to prop up my keyboard.

@@acesfitnessjourney3764I thought there was a way to either take deepl long steps or shorter shallow steps... I have one coming I hope it's a good one
I got one, finally opened it and the pedals don't alternate. I kept thinking I was crazy. The pully looks fine and looks hooked up fine, I'm completely lost. I can lift a pedal and the other doesn't do a thing. Any advice. I have googled and can't find anything. I've played with the step adjuster as well, no change.

Hey Denise, It's been a while since I first got mine, but I seem to recall having a similar issue with mine...although I feel like once I actually got on the machine, it worked under my weight (it wouldn't with just my hands trying to move them). Probably a stupid question here, but did you try it with your weight on the machine vs just trying to move them with your hands? If so, it might need to be returned for a different unit. Again, it's been some time so I might be recallig incorrectly.
Does it reduce our tummy fat??

I need to know what the screw - adjustment knob - does undeneath. Supposed to heighten or lower the height? Please explain.

The higher you adjust it the more resistance and vice versa
@CheriBomzArt

I thought the the knob was for adjusting the height. You can also do shorter steps or longer steps. Works different muscles. There is a KZreadr who has a routine for this.
Nice review, ill probably get one to stay active 😊 also these are good if u don't want something too bulky, good space saver.
Can you "run" on the ministepper? We are doing a tiny home so a treadmill will be too bulky but as a mom i wanna workout when my child is napping
@drunkenrage8996

No, you cant. You can walk on them pretty fast, a lot faster than shown in the video without hitting the bottom. But you'd never be able to run on it.

Sorry, it's not actual running. But you can move your legs pretty fast. And use caution but you could do weights with these too. Like bicep curls
I saw in another video reviewing this equipment that it included instructions in the manual that you can't use these for more than 15 mins as the hydraulics will get damaged. Is this the same for this brand?
@ellacabella1984
21 күн бұрын
Hiya, I saw there wasn't an answer to your question so I thought I would see if I could help. I don't have this brand myself but with most of these machines it is advised not to use it for more than 15 minutes at a time. But you could do 15 minutes and have a little break. Maybe work out your upper body and then do another 15 minutes again. Or you could do 15 minutes in the morning and 15 in the evening. Whenever you have the time. I hope this helps ☺️

Nice legs😊
I'm on the fence about mini steppers because i hear they're hard on the knees. I'm 68 and just had a knee replaced so def don't need that. What do you think?
@minulee100

It’s probably better for you to get a walking pad. It’s easier on the knees and you can adjust the speed. Great while watching TV too.

So, keep in mind I was on it at 6 foot 3, 255 lbs. The recommended weight restriction on it is 220lbs, so keep that in mind. Having said that, I have no problem using it at my height/weight. From a calorie burning perspective, it's great if you are wanting to lose weight.
