Wow this is an amazing initiative, It looks so futuristic, imagine the customer paying for the scooter/rickshaw and not having to pay for the battery. This is a game changer for urban commuting and reduces our dependence on crude oil.

Clearly highlighted the necessity and benefits of following standard form factor in battery design.

As always superb content PluginIndia! Thank you! This idea was thought of by many but could have been brought to life only by Chetan Maini. It solves the problem of charging time and range anxiety in one blow. Now it’s time for the industry and all sorts of players from venture capitalists to entrepreneurs to technicians to pick it up and spread it across the country & the globe! Wow! Can’t believe how game changing it is. I do also believe the speed of the swap can be dramatically increased. However, even at the rickshaw driver & two wheeler driver’s slow pace we can see how effective it is! I’ll be watching this space for more...

Brilliant way! If there are no much too serious limitations for this system, please consider spreading it as fast as we all can! I believe a large chunk of India's problems would end if all fossil fueled vehicles are removed from the roads.

Processing of battery charge used and deduction of payment could be little more faster. But this is exactly what future of electric mobility is. Kudus to the team. Standardization of battery size and design is much needed next step

I'm not sure this would work for full-sized electric cars, trucks, etc. But it clearly works for scooters, rickshaw, and e-bikes. Motorcycles too, I would imagine.
