I am inspired by anna's diet plan... His diet is known for its focus on clean eating and a balance of nutrients. It typically includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and complex carbohydrates. However, it's important to remember that a diet should be personalized to one's individual needs and goals. Consulting with a registered dietitian or nutritionist can help create a diet plan tailored to your specific requirements.

The egg yolk contains the bulk of the eggs nutrients and is excellent for testosterone production. Extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil are the elite oil sources for cooking. I still don't understand one thing, our grandparents were never been food conscious but still they were looking slim in their young age. They were eating s lot for sure. I think there is something huge addition (like pesticides or something) + less mobility making us fat very soon. Stopping a week of workout will definitely make us bloated

    1. No "street food" which are high fat high salt and high carb. 2. No fancy food. Fancy doesn't mean western. Even Sahi paneer is a fancy food. 3. Portio size control due to poverty or lack of abundance . Normal dal Chawal roti will never make you fat. Because you can't eat lot of rice or roti with plain dal sabji. 4. Less refined food in the kitchen.

Potatos 5. Fruits 6. Eggs 7. Chicken 8. Fat free yoghurt will help in building muscle and reducing body fat when combined with strength training for 3-4 days a week and aiming for 7,000-8,000 steps each day. 😊

I don’t understand these celebs, why they are so hesitant to openly disclose their diet and workout routines, as if somebody wants to know their bank balance or how much taxes they pay. It would just be inspiring for a healthy and fit lifestyle, after all, general population idolizes them. And as a matter of fact, nobody will be able to take their stardom away if they disclosed their diet and workout routines openly.

It’s kind of annoying and entitled to expect everyone to openly share exactly what they eat and do. Like… would you ask a random stranger or even a friend or family exactly what they eat? It’s a weird obsession people have with celebs and wanting to know exactly what they do, and then trying to imitate them and expecting the same results. It’s better to educate yourself instead of idolizing and following like a puppet.

Gluten and lactose intolerance is very very rare scientifically...its overrated...celebrities made it more popular...which is non sense. I respect sunilji...but thats not scientific...and each individual is different. Dont follow...try yourself.

Gluten and Lactose intolerance is not rare at all. Please read about it and you will know . In fact most people now days are becoming lactose intolerant due to the quality of milk and additives . Same goes with wheat .. People who actually have it know how it goes so please do a little research before commenting .

I lost Suniel shetty around 2.08 when he said 100 to 150 gms protein twice a day that's around 300 gm a day that's a lot .Only professional bodybuilders could eat that much of protein if they weigh around 100 kilos atleast that is thrice their bodyweight.he would be around 80 kilos at the most. Either he has no clue about protein numbers because he is old school and back in his times people just ate good food or he is just throwing random numbers for the sake of the video.150 gms for the whole day into 4 to five meals sounds legit to me.And you don't say 150 to 200 ,its either one or the other. Looks like he has been caught off-guard by that question! .Anyways he still my favourite action hero and best physique in bollywood!

My sincere appreciation for your video. But don't you think that all these personalities are supposed to be known as ACTOR... Why should one be interested in what they eat/drink and what is their lifestyle... The amount of money and career uncertainty they have, I don't think a normal person will have that. We will be more interested to know about their views regarding acting...if at all they have it. Anyways God Bless all.
