Appreciate you've said that you are done with the middle east for the time being but, if you are planning Dubai in the future I really enjoyed the Canopy by Hilton in the Al Seef district - worth checking out if your looking for something from a mainstream brand trying to stand out a little. Right on the creek with a lovely area to walk about at night, perfectly safe being next to the Saudi and US Embassies. It was dirt cheap during Ramadan with Dubai being "quiet". Al Ain is absolutely worth a trip as well, only about 90 minutes by car, it has the desert oasis.

I think your vlogs are great, you are giving a good honest review which is very refreshing hotels need to understand that when you pay a lot of money you want near perfection face it when we go away we want to come back with good memories, not this or that could have been far better. Las Vegas love it there you should stay off strip - we used to stay at Sunset Station - Henderson nowhere near perfect but price was good nice pool, restaurants (Sonoma Cellar steaks delicious), a shopping mall other side of the road, large Walmart too, Target etc.nearby - Dennys, Mimis.😎

Tim, you must stay in the chedi hotel and sizx senses Ziggy bay hotels in Oman....my opinion better than the UAE ones.

And are you going to Corfu. How about a hotel with a swim up room. There is a lovely hotel in Glyfadia

Tim, there are lots of 2-3 day cruises. Many of which will be Southampton round trips.
