I love white noise, it’s soothing and relaxing. Me and my hubby always have white noise on when we sleep. It’s a comfort thing and enjoyable.

Girl I’m 29 turning 30 in February and I never grew out of the white noises 😂 my fiance he likes them too we legit have a speaker that we play for white noise every night before bed, or ocean sounds.

I’ve actually been liking it now too haha

when my son was sleeping in our room when he was a new born I would use the Alexa in our room for white noise. He’s now almost 2 and I still sleep with white noise (so does he) because it blocks out noise!! Like I’ve never slept so deep from just a little white noise blocking out random sounds. It’s amazing. Use white noise as long as you want

For the homemade tortillas, try adding a bit more water. Try 1tbsp more of water and go from there. Been trying to make my own and making them is definitely a process but props because home made food takes dedication and love!

Girl Costco has Siete tortilla! I’ve found it at the Burlington location and Winston Churchill. Haven’t been in a couple months but the last time I was there I found it in the fridge section by the produce but you know Costco.. constantly moving things around.

My two year old still sleeps w white noise and I have no plan on stopping it…. Didn’t know that was a thing 🤣 I got my husband and I a second hatch for our room and WE sometimes sleep with the same rain sound when we really need a deep sleep. I also bring the hatch when we travel. It’s fine 😅😭

It’s true hairdresser here 🤚🏽 what you can do to keep your tone cooler is use a BLUE shampoo. Not purple-blue. You can try Schwarzkopf or Oligo for sure I know has a blue shampoo and conditioner. Oooh I know try celeb luxury blue conditioner. They’re amazing! Don’t use it everyday just as needed. You can even leave in the conditioner for 15 min and then rinse. Like a masque.

I love the white noise and I’m a full grown adult lol 🤣 what’s wrong with it?!!!

My daughter is going on 4 years old and still sleeps with white noise. Before I made the mistake with no noise and she would wake up every 30 mins because any movement will make her up, 🤦‍♀️ I started doing white noise at 5 months and haven’t stopped since and she also naps whenever however and with the busy street we live on she doesn’t wake up

Hi Amy what is the ratio of water to rice that you use?? I have an instapot and every time I try and cook rice in there it comes out either over cooked or under 🤦🏽‍♀️ and I still use white noise at the tender age of 37 😂

I usually add .5-1 cup more liquid! So in this video I did 2 cups rice, 3 cups liquid. If I’m using parboiled rice instead of white rice, I usually only do .5 cup more so 2 cups rice, 2.5 cups liquid 🙌🏼

My wife has to sleep with some type of fan or white noise on. I don’t but have gotten used to it. I don’t see the big deal. If it helps people sleep better 🤷🏻‍♀️ becoming a mom is opening yourself up to tons of unsolicited “advice”.

Since you are major into health with clean products and seed oils it has been shown that white noise has negative impacts on children. White noise is not good for development long term for real. Studies show it can have a negative impact as they get a little older. Tinnitus dementia earlier onset hearing loss. And I’m not being judgy. I’m just piggy backing off of the previous conversation. Coming from a mom here and a family nurse practitioner.
