Hi Joe. Happy Sunday. Oh. Connected. This is different. A duplex? Laundry in the front? Rare. Was thinking that Joe. The office could be another bedroom. Get a Murphy bed in there. Nice 1st bath. Love the shower but prefer niches. Soap dish too small. Nice open concept - kitchen/dining/living rooms. Nice enclosed covered lanai. The land slopes. Nice a a pool possible? See the division with the adjoining unit. Spacious primary. Lovely accent wall and staging. My tv sits right on my dresser so only have my en-suite mirror. Nice en-suite. Shower with deep seat. The cabinets look the same as the kitchen. Unique color. Nice size closet. Like the pocket door. Nice home Joe. Thanks so much for sharing and see you next video.

Hello Cydney, Hope you're have a great Sunday so far. It's a duplex for sure and the surprisingly spacious. I would think that there is enough room for a pool, but you would need a retaining wall if it slopes. My TV is right over my dresser too. I love watching tv in bed. Have a great Sunday!!

Great duplex home. I love it and wish we had it in Texas. We normally have condos and or town homes instead of duplexes

Good evening Joe how are you? I hate to give my opinion because it's not positive again. I don't like the layout in the front of the house. Two huge garages taking the view from your eyes. I don't like the divisions of the home. As soon as you walk in there's a laundry room to your right. Whatever happened to the beautiful entrances of a home that you would walk into the living room? This is not appealing to me at all but I guess everyone is different. As always you have done a beautiful showing.
