The person to which Sunak is referring is a hired actor Alan John Parker registered with the Mandy agency in London who has no connection with the Reform party . The matter is being investigated but unfortunately we see Sunak taking what is clearly a false report on face value without proper assessment or waiting for the completion of the investigation simply shows this man is not fit to hold office.

The guy on his own advertising site for his acting skills he states that he specialises in undercover recordings. The production company that made the footage (they sold the footage to channel 4) also specialises in undercover recordings. The guy has a completely different accent in his self promo videos & online talking about his work, etc. If the guy said any of the things that were said outside of an acting capacity, don’t you think he’d already be handcuffed & jailed by now? Let’s be real.

And obviously, apologizing for his comments is part of the act. Very rarely would the character of the person he was playing double down or not apologies in such a situation. We know he was acting, because there are videos of his real accent, and persona, and it states on his website that he is very well spoken, but under skills on his website, it states "Rough Speaking" and "Secret Filming"

But although I have little sympathy with PM given his own choice of politics on immigration/Rwanda I do think he and his political mates helped stoke the fire. They allowed this topic to be a primary topic when in fact its 14 years of under investment in our infrastructure and public services that people really upset about. But like all racist bullies from Mussolini , Mosley, Franco and Hitler it’s so much easier to blame the ‘others” than blame the government for not giving a damn about the people paying their wages.

​@Bouncer_RH06 Actually, it's not rare. It's uncommon but not rare. School children say it, drunk men do, and those living in rough/ dodgy areas. I even witnessed it my myself a couple of times even when the victim wasn't of Pakistani decent! And I'm not even 30 years old. So considering it's happened a few times in my short lifetime, I assume that it occurs quite often.

Well I’m a white British guy living in India. Trust me, I hear insulting comments far more frequently than Rishi and his family. I also get treated very differently to locals out here and there’s no avenue to complain about it. People in Britain are very fortunate that racism isn’t tolerated and is therefore quite rare compared with other countries. Sadly it happens everywhere and it’s not nice, but you can’t tar the whole of the Reform party and its leader with the same brush just to help the Tory campaign.

Racist people can't tell the difference. Same situation occurs when people say Konichiwa to Chinese, Filipino or Korean people and then use racism that targets Japanese people for everyone of East Asian descent. Or when people are racist to black people to people of middle Eastern descent. Racists tend to be unintelligent and shut up in their basement to realise that people of different races exist and then they bunch them up to 'non-white' group...

No he's British. He was born in Southampton to parents of Indian decent who themselves came to the UK from West Africa in the 60's. Under his government his parents would have been forced to come here on a small inflatable boat from Calais and put on the Bibby Stockholm if they made that journey today.

It hurts but you're talking to channel 4 who wrote those lines for the actor to perform in his "rough voice" in his own words that is clearly different from his ordinary voice. An actor who has worked for channel 4 in the past and advertises that he does undercover filming. With lines like, "turn all the mosques into wetherspoons" which is how these sneering elitist would like to portray reform and the working class. The fact is, they can't reach the working class, their writing in this smear attempt shows their contempt for you the ordinary Briton.
