Join me on an unforgettable hike to Grizzly Lake in Tombstone Territorial Park, nestled off the Dempster Highway. This challenging trail cuts through rugged terrain and talus fields. Be prepared to experience a rollercoaster of weather - from sunny to rainy, snowy, and even hail. All that effort pays off in the end as we're rewarded with awe-inspiring panoramas and an unforgettable journey through Canada's untamed north. It's no wonder people call this place the "Patagonia of the North." So, lace up your boots and let's go!

Scenery is spectacular, and I loved your video, but why do we never see your companion up close like we do you?

Thank you for the kind words about my video. My sister is a reluctant participant, so I try to respect her privacy and not include her too much.

@@IAmATravelAddict Thank you for your response. That is one angle that I had not considered. However, what I would say about that, is that the outdoors crowd is the most non-judgmental and accepting group that exists... and your sister need not be concerned about what people would think or assume. Blessings to you both.

Hi Peng, great video to show what you experienced on the hike. I'm planning to do the day hike in two weeks. I'm wondering how long did the whole hike took and how much water did you consumed during the hike so I can gauge roughly what to bring. Thanks, Paul

Thank you. It took us 12 hours to do the hike, but we really took our sweet time. We stopped constantly for photos, and at one point, for 40 minutes for timelapse. You should be able to do it much quicker without stopping. I brought 2 Smarterwater bottles with me and did fill them at the lake, but I don't think I drank them all. I probably should have drank more, but it was cold and I didn't really feel thirsty. So for me personally, less than 2 liters each way.
