This band puts on one hell of a live show and I'd recommend seeing them any time they come to your area. When I saw them, Skye climbed the side of the venue to the balcony and sang from up there for a song. They really gives security a run for their money.

When I saw them she crowd surfed after climbing a railing to the other side of the bar while singing, and then got a drink, did the shot, and then crowd surfed back to the stage

Holy crap, I can't believe so many of their videos were made on the second floor of their house! It never crossed my mind that they weren't using soundstages at a studio somewhere. Love their DIY spirit! I was supposed to see them open up for Jinjer last year in AZ, but someone in the band had to go to the hospital (scary!). Can't wait to see them when it's safe to tour and be together again. So stoked Sumo Cyco signed with Napalm!!!

The musicians I respect the most are ones who worked shit jobs before they made it, of the one's who haven't made it yet (and most likely never will, because only the rare few do) and have worked shit jobs for their entire lives just to be able to do what they love for an hour or two a day.

It’s actually the perfect affordable place for people like us. churches are actually quite cheap compared to the regular house market because of the fact that they are not a residential property until converted. I mean much cheaper. No bedrooms and closets etc... Just an empty building not being used. More and more small church congregations in the country are closing up shop. Not enough followers I guess?? So the prices are more than reasonable. Just have to be willing to do the work once you find one.
