When mikasa killed eren, I didnt cry But for some reason I cried when that lil boy appeared in end So many years had passed like those characters we had been waching didnt even exist in the world anymore...

The answer is uncertain, but many believe that she married Jean Kirschtein off-screen. Proof of this is in the credits, where Mikasa is seen carrying an infant over Eren’s grave with a man behind her whose hair greatly resembles Jean’s but the author said she never married anyone so maybe she was just carrying Jean's baby
