I swear Gordon could make a dirt sandwich sound good Dirt, mm so brown it almost melts in your mouth. Grass, fresh green for that nice herbal flavor. Beautiful. Plate up with a drizzle of mud. And the bread, you gotta go with a nice loaf of sourdough, because that chewy texture just adds a whole new level to the dish. **eats it* F*** me Absolutely amazing best thing I’ve ever eaten with these ingredients.

@Benjamin Fenlon Yes the best thing someone can do, especially young people is collect a plethora of ingredients to really explore what they like. You can get fresh herbs for very cheap also. Recently I got some fresh thyme and it just changed everything about beef and chicken for me. And once those herbs go dry, just can them, but if you use vacuum bags, it makes everything last a long ass time.
@notrealy180217
4 жыл бұрын
@Benjamin Fenlon I think extravagent ingredients are worth getting into also. Currently it's truffle season and summer truffles are amazing. I saw 4 ounces for fifty bucks on Etsy which is a crazy good deal but so yes some ingredients are downright dumb but things like truffles and wasabi are fun and worth trying. Goes a lot longer than people would think.
