After a while I realized pulling shorts to the side was much easier than the funnel so after a few days I didn’t use it at all. I’m thinking maybe if I was wearing pants in a colder season on a section with no bush cover like the maseta it might come in handy but I don’t think I’ll bring it again. I always kept a couple of tissues on my waist pack but yes I’m also interested in the kula cloth.

I loved your list!! Thanks for sharing...how much did your pack weight?

Thanks. The pack weight was 10.9 LB for the base and 3.22 LB for consumables. @melvitax was using LighterPack to keep track of the weight. lighterpack.com/r/49uqzw

You can reduce by 75%. That’s too much stuff. You don’t need most of it.

Ha ha you are a true minimalist my friend! Yes I had a few things that were barely used especially on a summer Camino like extra leggings, extra merino wool long sleeve (great for travel tho), I also didn’t really need my own blanket, and I’m sure if I went thru my list I could list quite a few more items but at the end of the day I was quite happy with my pack. I carried it almost 600 miles no problem. Actually what I really wish I had was a hangout dress and some sturdier town walking sandals. Though Camino is a great journey to realize how little you need I also know I there are things that I like and have a preference for and that’s ok too. ☺️
