Marta Dean if calling others ignorant is what you need to do to make yourself feel better then I feel for you. There are those of us who are informed as to the plight of animals in modern day factory farming and choose not to contribute to it by the choices we make on a daily basis i.e. what we eat, products we use and what we wear. You can choose to keep living in denial that exploitation in any form is ok just because you’re studying it. Whatever gets you through the day,. Take care.

Cows shouldn't ever be underweight, it means there is something going on and it's probably sick. Either dehydration or something. It doesn't mean it's not being fed. Newborn calves are just fragile
