Good morning & thanks for watching! There are so many questions on using COPPER PEPTIDES with VITAMIN C so I wanted to answer here! I did a detailed video on that and IMHO they're fine to use together in most cases but for all the details & research please check out my video on it: kzread.info/dash/bejne/h3mqzq9vpZuqj7A.html Also, lots of questions on the Estriol cream: It cost $55 & the compounding pharmacy is called skinmedicinals.com, I'm using it on my neck to do the testing so I can isolate it from any other ingredients. I will eventually use it on my face if it pans out. Have a great weekend! xo ~a. 💜

I’ll be really honest here: I watch her videos every once in a while-not a subscriber-and take from it what seems best for my situation (my skin is very different to hers). I’ve mostly focused on her reviews of gadgets. But it bothers me to see so many being negative. There is nothing forcing you to watch videos or follow another person’s routine. I’m 55 and strictly faithful to Korean and Japanese skin care-it’s inexpensive and I know it works because my derm has commented on how great my skin looks. But I’ve decided to invest in certain devices because I’ve seen her give an honest review. There is no reason to bring people down or make them feel bad for not catering to you.

Her full time job is KZread and she makes money off all these views and things people purchase using her codes. The average person can’t afford all of this. When she first started her channel I watched her constantly. I loved the foundation Friday videos but she uses so many products and sunscreens before the foundation that it’s hard to tell how the foundation would really react on skin without all the products, so no longer helpful to me. I stopped watching all of her videos a couple of years ago. I no longer relate to her at all.

I find the fact that you didn’t begin a skincare routine until age 50 very encouraging. I am relieved I am not alone in this situation. Your results over the past 10+ years have been nothing short of remarkable. Your videos encouraged me to begin with sunscreen, if nothing more. I began with mineral sunscreen, and then by chance found a chemical sunscreen from Korea that I was happy to wear every day, and I have not looked back. In time, about five years, my skin has responded by appearing younger, with fewer lines and increased firmness. I have become someone who enjoys a multiple product topical skincare routine. Learning about ingredients, products and how they may work has become a hobby. By doing a bit of research and following sound advice from youtube content creators, I have learned ways to stretch my small skincare budget by choosing predominantly Korean skincare, as well as certain Japanese and Western products.

Angie is my go-to with most of my skin care. I don’t use everything or even a few things. She’s educated me to do what’s right for my skin. She did point me in the direction of curology and I can say my adult acne is cured, I use inexpensive products and a few moderately priced ones and with her on point advice and education I am looking pretty good at 58! You don’t have to use everything or anything, but listen and be educated and you can usually find something in your price range. I listen to what my skin needs and I watch sales like crazy. Good work, Angie!! I couldn’t have turned around my skin without you.

Finally this year my skin got over that phase and I just started my Agency treatment these past 2 weeks! I’m so happy, my low dose tretinoin formula is doing great on my sensitive skin!! I started slow (3x/week), but I have slight improvement in my skin texture and fine lines smoothed out (face & neck). I can’t wait to see what regular use in 9 months will look like. To the women who think it’s all too much, take what you need and don’t worry about the rest. Find the cleansers you like, the timeless products are super affordable especially when they’re on sale at every single holiday. You need a sunscreen and if you need additional moisture, customize the level that you need. At night just use an exfoliant and more moisturizer. That’s it. She gives me good info about ingredients I should be looking for so I usually find what I want in my price point. The point is not to use her methods exactly if you don’t want to but take and learn and find what works for you.

I am now working on improving my body skin as I fight crepey arm and legs, although since you recommended the Kenzi, my leg skin texture looks so much better and smoother. One thing about sun protection, a doctor I follow suggested getting about 15 minutes of sun exposure very early morning, without sunscreen and before having coffee. It's supposed to a good, natural Vitamin D boost and improve sleep. I am trying it as my schedule allows.

But then I decided to be gentle to my skin and with the wonderful new retinaldehydes, I was able to leave the prescriptions behind. Now my skin barrier is wonderful, I’m no longer sensitive to anything. My skin is normal with no flakiness and no oiliness…No problems whatsoever. So there is life after Tretinoin 😉✨

I consulted with my PCP MD today re Estriol. Her response was: I do not have any data to support it's use. In general I would be careful of any estrogen containing products. We do not know how much of this may be absorbed into your blood stream and estrogen can raise the risk of blood clots and stroke. I was tempted to try this, along with my Tretinoin and everything, but won't risk it. You look wonderful! Wish you'd mention your Fraxel Laser and Morpheus 8 treatments whenever you refer to your skincare regimen, so people would know there's more to it. The recent colab focused on the product you're an ambassador, but omitted mentioning the in office treatments which permanently set the clock back. Hope this helps!

I’m sorry to contradict your doctor, but transdermal estrogen has no link to blood clots or strokes. The question about what is absorbed in the body is valid, but only oral estrogen pills have been shown to increase the risk of blood clots or strokes. From what I understand how much gets into the bloodstream with a cream really depends on formulation. Is the product formulated to be an estrogen supplement or is it formulated to be a cosmetic. The creams that are formulated to supplement estrogen really are made to get absorbed into the bloodstream while Things that we typically put on our face or not.

Please be careful of creating fear and misinformation. This increase is oral form. My understanding it is the oral form of estrogen is that it passes through the liver and causes those issues u mentioned. When estrogen is taken orally, it's metabolized in the liver, which can cause high estrogen levels that lead to sticky blood changes and increase the risk of blood clots. A 2019 study published in the British Medical Journal found that women taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) tablets were 58% more likely to develop a blood clot within 90 days than those who hadn't taken HRT. However, a 2010 study found that transdermal HRT containing low doses of estrogen doesn't seem to increase the risk of stroke.

@@ColletteAileen Just curious did it take awhile for your skin to get back to normal after you stopped using the product? Which product did that to your skin so I can avoid it! Lol!

Something looks different on you. Maybe it's no lippie. Anyway, your original skin care that I started about 6 years ago has really helped my face. There are a couple of tweaks, and I don't use the NuFace but it has really made a difference. Thank you for doing the research so I don't have to! Between my skin and my clothes, you make awesome recommendations! Hope you have a great weekend! I turn 65 next week! Just in time for vakay and the contractors to be finished in my house! Hope your pup is getting back to normal ❤~lori
