I agree with you! Lindsay is such a manipulator! I hate to see how she manipulates each of her subsequent boyfriend so that he does everything the way it suits her. It gets to the point where all her boyfriends start to be afraid of her. They are afraid to say an extra word to her, so that she will not be offended. She loves to make herself look like a victim and constantly find fault with her boyfriends. Lindsay perceives and treats her boyfriends, in this case, the fiance, not as the most wonderful person in the world, whom she wants to put on a pedestal, but as a thing that she bought and this thing should work 100% for her. Lindsay squeezes all the juices out of her boyfriends until they start running away from her. This is not love. Love is when you love your fiance the way he is, and you don't constantly try to find fault with him. Apparently Lindsay won't understand this.

She calls Carl aggressive and dismissing her feelings while she acts the same. Never good for a relationship. I wish them both good luck and find happiness

She needs to stay single for about four years and fix her herself! That may take longer than four years though! She definitely does not need to be in a relationship

Yeah, she chooses incorrectly because she's so focused on treating life like it's a grocery list. Getting married is another item to check off.

It will be difficult for her to find a man who loves her more than she loves herself

She doesn’t know what love is and I believe she’s never been in love! Everything is a fairytale and a fantasy and her eyes! She’s a Leo very dramatic, and falls in love at the drop of the hat

She's never gonna "pick correctly". She's the common denominator in all her relationship failures.

She chose to be with a man who is in his first year of addiction recovery. He was still really lost, didn’t know what he wanted to do for a living, probably did not have the capacity to know who he wanted to spend the rest of his life with.

I’m not saying she doesn’t have a difficult personality, but I am saying that Karl more than anybody else knew this and still chose her. He also know that she was a very heavy social drinker who became activated when she drank. Not a good combination for somebody in their first year ofsobriety

Absolutely not Carls fault. Him being in his 1st year of recovery is something SHE was aware of. He is figuring himself out and that’s a beautiful thing. He needs a kind, patient and supportive partner.

Totally agree!! Carl is too early in recovery. He needs to figure out his career needs a sober partner. Lindsey needs a “go getter” ambitious man who wants to be a power couple. Carl can’t face up to anyone questioning him. Not a really strong man.

Carl dodged a disaster. But she still inflicting her craziness by not subleasing the apartment and getting them both free of that.

she feels at peace w her behavior....she should be in therapy.

Caught this interview two months later, Summer House is airing and I'm definitely team Lindsay. Carl was being very manipulative behind her back in conversations. Carl showed how shady he really is.
