A glorious summer dawn on the canal targeting Bream and Tench.
The Leeds and Liverpool offers good Bream and Tench fishing. The quality of fishing on the canal has improved over recent years. Bream and Tench can be targeted using natural baits like corn, worms, bread, and maggots. Pre-baiting swims with pellets and boilies can get these species accustomed to these baits, which avoid bites from smaller fish species like roach.

I do miss this style of fishing. I would go with my dad to our local syndicate lake on an early summers morning in the 90's. I am an avid sea & predator fisherman these days!
