Hello everyone, I hope you've all had a wonderful week:) So today, like the title suggests, I'm sharing my 'ideal' Summer capsule wardrobe! If I could only choose a few pieces for my rail what they would be and all the outfit ideas of how I'd style them together? Don't forget to let me know your favourite outfit? And also, what would be that one fashion item you couldn't do without in Summer? Obviously you don't need to have exactly the same pieces I have, your capsule closet might look very different to mine, but hopefully today's video gives you lots of style tips for the process and outfit ideas for similar pieces you might already have:) I really hope you enjoy today's video and I'm looking forward to hearing from you all in the comments, big hugs, Jess:)

Hi Jess, The weather is lovely here in Ireland definitely time to get the wardrobe decluttered. For me it's white t, blue linen shirt, white shite, white jeans, white trousers, cream trousers, denim shorts, linen dress, hat and 🕶️. Thanks for all the outfit ideas ❤

Haha, nearly naked. Here in Massachusetts in July and August it's so hot and humid one wears the least amount possible to not get arrested.

I think I’m secretly a dress person and didn’t know it. It’s funny how we put ourselves in boxes that may not serve. Thanks again for the styling tips.

Exactly that. We self impose these labels and expectations on ourselves but I love those 'aha' moments when you throw it all out the window and just follow what you truly love:)

Morning Jess, great video! I’ve been looking at linen skirts and can’t decide whether to go for, this one you showed is really simple but really elegant. The strapless bra you had where is it from? I’m always on the hunt for one, I like the low back. I’ve finally got a date through for my pre-op for my hysterectomy 30/5 so will be very strict with myself and get as fit as I can before surgery for a better recovery. Anyone have any tips, they’re most welcome. I’m away this weekend and it’s absolutely beautiful ☀️ Hope you’re having a great weekend hun. Sending hugs as always xx

Gosh what I would do to have waited for my true love bag so read of settling on something that only checks a few of my wish list characteristics. Great advice once again. Thanks for the inspiration and wisdom!!

I also don't wear heels with a shorter dress, and finding a shoe that works is challenging. It's my thing, my feet are big and my legs are short so its a challenge to find shoes that I like and that look good. In summer, sandals work well though.

These are good practical ideas but I find it so hard to limit myself...I love different colours for example. But of course that would be why I have so much clothing but have difficulty putting outfits together.

Love your style and color choices here. Thank you for the inspiration. I differ only in that I like to have a petite print on a top, skirt or dress for variety from solids. Petite stripes are good too. I'm only 5'3", so large stripes and prints don't suit me. I have a question about your bras. They look very comfortable and the perfect color for wearing under light colored clothing. What brand are they, please?

I love the green short, would prefer black or navy. Agree on the long skirt, works better for me too. I just decided to sew a long wrap skirt, just have to find the right material😊Have a lovely sunday☀️🫶🏻

I feel like I could find several really beautiful peaces to put together the way you do! As I often feel so sloppy in the summer. but don’t want to look like I overdressed either. Wonderful Jess. The ochre outfit is so stunning. I'm looking for a maxi a-line white skirt at the moment that isn't see through. Tried a lovely one on in M&S a while back that wasn't my size but of course my size in the long length never comes back into stock. Why do retailers never order enough stock of popular items? Last November, I was able to visit the Isabel Marant boutique on Madison Ave. in NYC. I splurged and purchased the black/camel reversible Lecce belt and I am so glad that you presented so many ways to wear it. I can't wait to style it this spring/summer. I love the Rome shorts from Sezane. Are they terribly high-waisted? What size are you wearing? I am petite and measure 5ft.1/2 inches. Perhaps a 0 may work for me? Thanks for all your inspiration. That is exactly what it's all about for me:) That belt is so incredibly versatile isn't it, and the reversible one is even better! Yes the shorts are high waisted but not ridiculously so I don't think, the shape does feel really flattering. Hi lovely, yes it's not easy for me to actually have a capsule doing this job so as mentioned this is my 'ideal' capsule wardrobe if I was to edit it down. As a guide really for other people to bring it back to those core essentials i find essential for Summer:)
